Yes. It still works. If you want to be as optimum as you reasonable can be, it's a good idea to to do a scoop or 2 immediately after work out, and make a decent protein packed meal within 2-4 hours after as well. The science keeps changing around, but last I saw, there was merit to the "anabolic window" and that your body processes different protein sources at different rates. Whey is processed very quickly, followed by plant protein, fish and/or poultry next, and red meat taking about the longest. Benefit to the longer breakdown, is that there's less protein that just gets unused by the body and flushed out as waste.

This is, and always will be, the best flavour.

only real answer. the other chocolate one is way too fucking sweet and the vanilla will be good for a couple months til you get fucking sick of the flavor.
