lmao what, it's mostly monounsaturated fat you dolt. using avocado/nuts to replace most of your saturated fats is a smart idea though, large portions of saturated fatty acids, particularly animal fats are terrible for you

Add salt, pepper, and SMALL amount of salad dressing. Put on toast with yogurt or hummus. I sometimes also add a bunch of louisiana sauce.
Adderall isn't really something good to mess around with much. If you need it for studying, or whatever, honestly just try to mooch 1 or 2 from a friend with ADHD.
Same with benzos - I just told the doctor I have flight anxiety and now I have 3 xanax just in case I ever need it (job interview, anxiety attack), but not enough to abuse since its a shit drug to get hooked on.
