No. Drink a lot of soy drink and also vegetable juice. Go spend $900 on a high end blender or juicer, it's the best way to get the micronutrients you need to grow.
Milk is a shit way to get protein. Just do the math. You'll be drinking more in sugars and fats than actual protein. And it has estrogen which doesn't help at all.
