Is milk a good way to get additional protein in my body and calories? I struggle with bulking and meeting my protein goal daily.

> drinking cow tit juice

Is there anything more soy?

No. Drink a lot of soy drink and also vegetable juice. Go spend $900 on a high end blender or juicer, it's the best way to get the micronutrients you need to grow.

Milk is a shit way to get protein. Just do the math. You'll be drinking more in sugars and fats than actual protein. And it has estrogen which doesn't help at all.

Brah

If OP needs carbs there are better sources than milk.

>cow tits aren't good enough carbs for my prissy ass

You would know, bitch-made.
If you struggle with bulking you probably don't know a thing about food and you shouldn't be here, you should be on Veeky Forums

>Be me drink 2L of Milk for a whole month. Still stuck at 60kg

Not everyone will make it

>a literal baby that needs milkies

Sly is good for you

>2L a month

I drink a gallon a day and I'm not even bulking.
You need more milk.

...

Well you see I'm a skeleton

...

I don't blame you for posting that

Just embrace who you are.

You have to EAT other foods besides the milk brother.

Do blends with milk. Add oats, peanut butter, banana, ice, milk and even some cocoa powder if you want and you have ez 1000 calories that you can chug in 1 minute.

I drink about 3 liters of 3% fat milk a day combined with 3 meals, works for me

Protein powder could be added too if you get tired of the milk.

>carbohydrates are needed to produce muscle
this is your brain on rippetoe

Nah your right carbs have nothing to do with muscle or energy

>or energy
goal post moved, fucking brainlet

>me no need energy work out

Say I wanted to to make a shake with oats do I cook them or just pour them in raw?

Yes. Milk has growth hormone, is calorie dense, and is all around perfect for bulking.

Hungry skeleton here

Gained 20 pounds drinking half gal of milk a day on top of what I eat.

How long did it take?

Well I weighed 167 late december
