Sounds like you need to stop fasting. I ate a deficit with no exercise and I've lost 25 pounds in about 2 months. Most of it is probably water but I still feel good about it. It sucks for a little while but I try to keep in mind hunger is a sign of progress not only for my body, but also my mind.

depends on your exercise goals
are you lifting, trying to gain muscle? if so you need more protein and less carbs, so yes those numbers matter

if you're just doing cardio stuff, then more carbs is ok, but you should still lower them. you can be less concerned about your macros though in this case

Looking again at your current weight, no, you have no reason to be concerned with macros yet, just your deficit.

Way to many carbs lol. You should aim for less than 100 carbs per day and 1200 calories per day. It will be painful for a bit, but eventually your body will adjust and you will be more comfortable.

Just reduce your carbs by 50-100g. Otherwise, pretty good. Can replace that with protein in order to keep muscle mass whilst cutting.
Eat around 2000 calories a day, 1200 will leave you with a lot of loose skin.
