/hairloss/ general

thx b, I'll keep that in mind.

Balding has always been around, you just have to consider where your images of the past come from.

Kek

fuck me those germans had aesthetic skulls

>we already have topical Finasteride drugs like RU and they barely get any attention because Finasteride is good enough for nearly everyone.
The point of these new workings would be a one-time procedure that would end the need to apply lotions or take pills with frequency. It's meant to be something you walk into a clinic for, then leave and never worry about future hairloss progression. I have yet to see a project that attempts to rethicken a patients full scalp of hair save maybe new thin growths. I'd say we're at least 10-20 years away from that. The only one thus far that could theoretically do that would be tsuji... then again, that's just the cloning of donor hair and transplantation in the same manner as an FUE procedure, not a cure to the balding process if you ask me.

I like your pic though, I'm a norwood 2 and nizoral + dermaroller (coming in the mail) has been my first step to fighting my hairloss before I turn to drugs... I really hope they do a pubmed study on ketoconazole WITHOUT minoxidil soon.

Germanic people pull off hair recession so perfectly

Have you read about HCell?

Minoxidil absloutely wrecked my face. Worked like a charm, but made my face bloated and wrinkly. Minoxidil + finasteride was GOAT combo for my hairloss, hair was thick af and healthy while using. Too bad about the side effects, now im nw4 with severe top thinning. Oh well at least im white, relatively tall in my area, buff and have an attractive skull shape... if only I had a big fat white cock then Id be set. Feels vad man.

Low iodine fix your shit

Just to be clear here, we were talking about RCH-01 cell therapy, right? The treatment that uses a punch biopsy to attain cells, replicate them, and inject them back into the scalp? That's at least two hour long visits and I imagine the final cost would be at least $800 a treatment. That doesn't scream replacement for a $30 a year, one pill per day finasteride treatment for the vast majority of hair loss sufferers. I imagine follicle cloning will be absurdly expensive if it ever gets to that point, but it will be awesome for those who can afford it.

That Nizoral study was done without minoxidil, if I remember correctly. See study 1:

We're Norwood 2 Nizoral + Derma Roller bros, although it's tough to tell what is just a mature hairline and what is MPB at this point. Hedging my bets and ready to hope on Fin if it gets any worse. Good luck with your treatment.
