Sit with correct posture. Go for a walk on your breaks at work
quit
get a better job where you dont sit like a ghoul in a soulless office all day
Easier said than done, fag
Sit on a yoga ball and pretend you're gay if they say anything about it
Then you can sue them for discrimination and be a neet
>tfw i have a physical job that isn't a dead end because it's a family owned business
I make decent money getting jacked and tan all day, and I'm looking at inheriting fat stacks from it
I have incorrect posture sitting at a computer for like 12hrs a day slouched and I still have perfect posture as soon as I stand up.
As long as you have a strong back it just doesn't matter at all how you sit.
Buy a kneeling chair for work and don't sit at home.
yeah man i'll just quit my well paying job because of bad posture.
fucking neet
Standing desk. One of the best changes i made in my life. Work standing for 45 mins, sit for 15.
1. Strengthen your back muscles, it will naturally improve your posture
2. Sit up straight with your shoulders back at work
3. Get a standing desk at home. Start with standing for 30 minutes each night and build up to standing full time at home.
Get a convertible sitting/standing desk
Get a good chair
Get up and walk around once an hour
Stretch your quads and hip flexors every day
stand
This is amazing advice listen to this everyone
how long have you been doing this?
sounds great but im weary that i'll invest into it then it be shit. like dwight from the office. anymore you can say?
Are they worth? Been interested for awhile
Fuck you, faggot. We can’t all work for daddy’s construction firm. Also, enjoy your chronic arthritis when you’re only 40 years old, while I’m still wagecucking in a cubicle at a corporate, soulless office. Get fucked.
who /work from home/ here
2+ years now, you dont need to invest much, just buy standing desk conversion thingies, there are some cheap ones.
It wont be shit, cause nothing is as shit as siting for more then 4 hours a day, its litearally killing you. You will adapt for 2weeks, and then you wont go back to siting, i even gamed standing for hours, before i droped it. Your soles will hurt a little at first, but then youll adapt. Stand straight, a liiiiiiiiiiitle bent in knees, chest forward, 60% of weight on forefeet.
By standing desk conversion i dont mean some planks and nails kind of things lol, i just mean some portable little table you put on your regular desk. Not a native speaker. Well search for it and you will know what i mean.

Lmao I'll be retired by 40 probably
Sucks to suck
>t. 16 years old kid
Standing desk retard. I made this for like $60 out of ikea shit and a few screws; you can make one even cheaper out of the Lack side table if you dont care what it looks like.
* Standing desk
* Those curved standing platforms which engage your core ( amazon com/Gaiam-Evolve-Balance-Board-Standing/dp/B01MYLYSK4 )
* Sit on a giant ball
* Walk every 20-30 minutes for at least a couple of minutes
I work in IT and sit on my ass every day. I make it a point to walk around often, whether it's to talk to someone instead of sending someone an email, or to get a cup of tea. I take breaks and walk outside when the weather doesn't suck. I walk to lunch. Lots to do besides just sit there and whine about it.
I'm 25, I program literally all day and have been using a computer like 4-12 hours a day since I was 13, my posture is literally perfect despite this.
I slouch plus my monitors are too low which causes my head to go down as well, but as soon as I stand up my posture is pristine.
If you are strong you should have no issues, and I don't mean like powerlifter strong, I only have a 455lb DL, I do lots of pendlay rows and facepulls as well.
