Eat raw onions. It will help regulate your sleep, decrease estrogen, and improve your mood.

>imagine being this low test
even my grandpa when he was retired at 70 years old worked in his garage all day

Try consuming less soy-based products, faggot.

>struggling to wake up at 7

Wake up at 4 and lift before the world and its bullshit start.

>being this low test

Hey OP, dealt with similar issue with some degree of success. Mine mostly stemmed from poor quality/amount of sleep at night and exhaustion at work. And no, it has nothing to do with testosterone as that's not an integral part of the biological/neurological mechanisms that keep you awake and alert.

1. Do you have breathing problems, due to either mechanical issues or allergies?
2. Do you have sleep apnea?
3. Do you snore at night? (if you don't know since you never spent the night with anyone as an adult, record yourself)
4. Do you feel tired after lunch, or even when you get to work in the morning? Do you have any dependency on caffeine to stay alert at work?
5. Do you work physical labor or a desk job?
6. How's your diet - any junk food, lots of pastries/bread etc. that might cause drowsiness?
7. Do you take medication for anything?
8. Is it a periodic thing, like does it only happen in winter?

>And no, it has nothing to do with testosterone as that's not an integral part of the biological/neurological mechanisms that keep you awake and alert.

Please explain the role testosterone takes in keeping the body awake, in detail. I'm waiting.

Apparently all women should have fucking narcolepsy.

My daily routine is more or less
>wake up at 5:30
>leave house by 7 for an hour long drive to work to avoid traffic jam
>finish work at 6:30
>reach home / go out for dinner by 8
>lift from 9-10:30
>go home, shower and sleep by 12

Just keep forcing yourself man. You'll get used to it

Do cardio.

Literally 3 weeks ago I had the same problem. I shit you not - 3 weeks.
Then I started going on to /fit. I learned how to lift, I started sleeping on a schedule, and I don't shove my face full of booze and weed and porn anymore.
I feel fantastic.

Why the fuck are you taking steroids if you're not working out?

Maybe you have no energy because not eating enough. Also try getting your workout in the morning

bad. If you drive while sleepy you can kill yourself and others. No matter how strong you are, when your body decides to shutdown and you close your eyes for just 1-3 seconds it'll fuck you.

...

lmao at your life

this happens to me every 3 weeks or so, but only for about 2 days. usually just break the cycle after i make up all the sleep

This.

Yeah and good luck not getting even more tired while eating additionally.

Try vitamin D supplement, most people are lacking in the winter months, throw in some B12 as well. Might help

I love drinking Veeky Forums what do?

Try to take naps when you can. They help a lot. Maybe if you have a break at work or some shit.

>wake up 4am
>slam a 5 hour energy that sits next to my alarm clock
>go to the gym from 430ish to 545ish
>head to work, there at 630, start at 7
>work til 330
>home 415
>surf the web and video games eat dinner and in bed by 8

yeah growing older sucks

>living for somebody else

you're killing yourself daily while your boss drinks a margarita and snorts cocaine off a bitches tits my man

>be me
>have to get up at 5:00 A.M. and hit the gym otherwise can't make it
>work in accounting
>because of monthly closing I've worked about 68 hours this week
>tomorrow is going to be an all nighter

Sleeping this little is really affecting my gains, I seriously want to quit this job.

I was thinking of going into accountancy after my finance degree but I’m really glad i didn’t, it sounds miserable

How about you first start eating a regular diet instead of some psuedoscience bs, work out, and stop taking steroids especially when you don't work out faggot

working out in the morning is the best way to solve this. i usually wake up at 5:15, am on my way to/at the gym at 5:20, and then usually can get a good workout in and be at work by 7.

Is the pay good though?

I was doing 60+ hours a week for 3 months straight as an electrician. Literally no energy to go to the gym and then on top of it I start slacking on what I eat and it turned into fast food for 3 times a week.
Pretty sure all jobs suck at this point, it doesnt even matter what industry.

he's probably got AIDS
