Hey Veeky Forums, i am 6'2 and 185 lbs and live a very active lifestyle, the only real working out i do is calisthenics 3x weekly, but i also run and play sports 2-3 times a week and am a bike messenger so i spend a lot of time moving or indirectly exercising.
I feel like if i just tried to cut i would fall into skinnyfat mode, but there really isn't anywhere else i can fit in more physical training, and I'm already much stronger than most coworkers or friends, but i just really want a nice body.
If i cut would i even be able to hit twinkmode or do i not even have enough muscle for that?

I have been working out for more than 3 months now and am doing IM/OMAD since like 2 months. I have lost 33 pounds already and am planning to lose at least 22 more pounds.
So for my questions:
Do I have anything that resembles muscles? I understand that I can't expect many gains while fasting but I feel small as fuck.
I should stick with cutting right? Starting to bulk now would only make me look even fatter right?
Do I have fucking gyno? My mantits didn't decrease at all in size while losing weight and they look worse now than when I fatter.

as for my lunches, an up and go alone has over 200 calories while a can of tuna is only 170 and that's disregarding the yogurt and sandwich i've replaced with a salad
