Nihilism in contemporary analytic metaphysics is a thesis that states that nothing except the material exists. "Material" here is meant whatever physics says there is; but in a nutshell: the fundamental particles, among other things, and whatever objects they are capable of composing (your table, your pc, your body, whatever).
