How many have you read?
Post must read ya books
Tamora Pierce - Any Tortall series.
A Series of Unfortunate Events
Infinite Jest
Gravity's Rainbow
Ulysses
The Foundling Trilogy (One of the only legitimately creative and thoughtful ones made recently.)
Kevin Crossley Holland's Arthur Trilogy (nicely handles the mythos and history in a way that can appeal to pretty much anyone of reading age.)
The Edge Chronicles (Maybe the plots for the books aren't great. But they're lots of fun. If nothing else, read for the worldbuilding and artwork. Hot damn.)
...
all of them...
What did you not read when you were a kid?
Catch-22 is a "must read ya!" book. Like, that's what you would say when you saw it in your reading list.
Fuck that, My Brother Sam is Dead messed me up as a kid.
The Book Thief was alright
