there are some small biological differences with some humans (taller than other, different facial looks etc etc) but i find the term race to be a bit not fitting (eg people sometimes say the "human race" and sometimes "the black race" like what????) and for the IQ i think the most factor of africans not having higher iq is due to low literacy and little to no promotion for education in modern african culture
