Blacks have higher crime rates

If you look at murder statistics by state they have higher crime rates than whites in all states, but across states you can find counter examples. Anyway, the point is that their crime stats are not as low as they possibly could be(some of their state murder rates are higher than the rates in Africa) since they don't have the same crime rates in all states. Which means that this is a problem that can be solved - but that doesn't happen by trivializing the word oppression (or the word genocide for that matter). This is true for white crime rates too by the way. They are not as low as they could be. I think there will always be a difference, but the current situation is very obviously far from optimal.

But it's pretty obvious that the US is more concerned with race baiting right now and generally stagnating and going backwards instead of solving problems.

Blacks can't survive without handouts. Whoever gives the handouts controls the Blacks; if they get uppity, cut the handouts and they fall back down. They can never challenge the handout provider because the handout providing group does not live in the same area as Blacks and Blacks lack any kind of economic or cultural force projection as they are dependent on handouts. Ethnic minorities who CAN succeed to any degree without handouts (Jews, Asians, Hispanics) cannot be controlled in this manner. Thus, once one of these groups has achieved a dominant position through nepotism and hard work, it is IMPERATIVE that they NEVER let any other minority group achieve success or else they will face competition; but Blacks can never be competition because they cannot survive without handouts.

A minority ALWAYS achieves a dominant position in society, no matter who the majority is. The minority could be ethnic (Jews in the West, the Chinese in SEA), religious (Zoroastrians in northern India), familial (The House of Saud).

They're overrepresented amongst foreign students because universities make them pay through the nose. But what about other positions? Government officials, politicians, businessmen, laborers, professors, etc?

It's really an interesting dynamic in America.

If it was just two groups, it would have a pretty obvious outcome.

But now if the white majority jumps on the blacks too much, it would be weird since Hispanics who are underachieving due to different social factors would necessarily be targeted as well, because people are retarded and would just lump the Hispanics with the blacks.
