They're overrepresented amongst foreign students because universities make them pay through the nose. But what about other positions? Government officials, politicians, businessmen, laborers, professors, etc?
It's really an interesting dynamic in America.
If it was just two groups, it would have a pretty obvious outcome.
But now if the white majority jumps on the blacks too much, it would be weird since Hispanics who are underachieving due to different social factors would necessarily be targeted as well, because people are retarded and would just lump the Hispanics with the blacks. BUT there's also the growing Asian contingent that seems to be doing better than the white majority and generally minding its own business.
And all these groups live generally mixed up in different states.

Solution is to genetically engineer a superior human 2.0 that replaces us all and also utilize artificial intelligence. So in 50 years it won't matter since humans as we know them won't matter either through AI or new superhumans.
