I can't move

Go to a doctor you idiot. You might have hurt something that will heal, but it might be spinal stenosis or something.

maybe you have a herniated disk. if you actually cant move have someone drive you or call an waaaambulance.

the spine is nothing to dick around with. a sore back is nbd, but one that hurts so much you cant move is spooky, i would know, i am part skeleton

Fuck, I think I'll wait till my parents wake up and ask them. I can't fucking sit in anywayw that won't hurt like shit

lower back pain is extremely common. it's easy to be feel overloaded there since it's the very core of your body. just drink more water and eat more proteins.

I just came back from the doc, they gave me a butt injection and told me it is likely to be sciatic nerve pain, that I should ask my doc to refer to an specialist.

Veeky Forums probably made him take it up the ass

You'll probably need surgery or something.

Snake oil scam exercises made up by insurance companies.

>You'll probably need surgery or something

Holy fuck, I hope not. I hate not being productive, and this unbearable pain is not going to allow me to study for 7 hours which I am used to.

If its genuinely a medical issue then surgery might be your only answer

If it stops hurting so terribly and they don't cut you up, here's a few things you can do to help prevent it from happening again!

1. Do Yoga. Look up some basic poses or a rotation of poses that emphasize the back.

2. Lift. While it may seem counter intuitive, exercising and strengthening your back (with proper form and an appropriate starting workout!) Is absolutely the best thing for long-term pain imo. Combine this with some yoga and you'll be more flexible and have less back pain if you sit for long periods.

3. Walk. Thats it. Just walk places, take a short walk around the block or pace around your room for a few minutes every couple of hours, w/e.

Again, this is all based on if you just have bad soreness and not a literally only surgically solvable issue. Once the doc lets you know for sure ask them about nonsurgical (or post surgical) means of relief

Thank you user, I am definitely taking that to heart. I figure deadlifts will be good to strengthening the lower back. I am off to sleep, hoping the pain will be lesser tomorrow....

DO NOT LIFT IF YOU HAVE SCIATICA AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHY. YOU COULD END UP LOSING BOWEL CONTROL AND LOWER BODY MOTOR FUNCTION AND THAT WOULD REQUIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL INTERVENTION. I AM NOT KIDDING. DON'T WORK OUT UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.

I just woke up, it still hurts but not as much. I also have a bulge on the injection site, it's that normal?

I won't be lifting for a while, that's for sure...

bulge is normal. just go see a specialist instead of asking clueless people on fucking 4 chan.

Sorry to hear about the back pain man. My mom recently herniated a disk and it's caused her so much pain that she was sobbing andwasn't able to move. She's been dealing with it for a couple of months now. So hopefully it's not that. Go easy on your back and wait a week or two to see if it gets better. If it doesn't then it's probably something more serious. If it's serious, you have two options: wait for it to maybe get better or get surgery. I recommend you get X-rays if it's causing unbearable pain.

stop making excuses

Okay...
Thank you user. I hope your mom gets better son, it would hurt me a lot to see my mom in this state.

I will visit my doc this evening for a refereal, hoping it'll improve on it's own..waiting for a surgery in this country is going to take a while..
