You'll probably need surgery or something.

Snake oil scam exercises made up by insurance companies.

Holy fuck, I hope not. I hate not being productive, and this unbearable pain is not going to allow me to study for 7 hours which I am used to.

If its genuinely a medical issue then surgery might be your only answer

If it stops hurting so terribly and they don't cut you up, here's a few things you can do to help prevent it from happening again!

1. Do Yoga. Look up some basic poses or a rotation of poses that emphasize the back.

2. Lift. While it may seem counter intuitive, exercising and strengthening your back (with proper form and an appropriate starting workout!) Is absolutely the best thing for long-term pain imo. Combine this with some yoga and you'll be more flexible and have less back pain if you sit for long periods.

3. Walk. Thats it. Just walk places, take a short walk around the block or pace around your room for a few minutes every couple of hours, w/e.

Again, this is all based on if you just have bad soreness and not a literally only surgically solvable issue. Once the doc lets you know for sure ask them about nonsurgical (or post surgical) means of relief

Thank you user, I am definitely taking that to heart. I figure deadlifts will be good to strengthening the lower back. I am off to sleep, hoping the pain will be lesser tomorrow....

DO NOT LIFT IF YOU HAVE SCIATICA AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHY. YOU COULD END UP LOSING BOWEL CONTROL AND LOWER BODY MOTOR FUNCTION AND THAT WOULD REQUIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL INTERVENTION. I AM NOT KIDDING. DON'T WORK OUT UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.

I just woke up, it still hurts but not as much. I also have a bulge on the injection site, it's that normal?

I won't be lifting for a while, that's for sure...
