Also if your eye is trained for anime you will notice the clear western influence in earth-chan's drawings. She is not an anime figure, she is an anime-inspired western cartoon.

See pic related for comparison. The difference in the strokes is just too big to not notice. On the left is earth-chan, and on the right is Yabami Yumeko a literal stereotype of the Japanese anime bishoujo (in looks). See the huge difference in how the japanese draw cute girls and how western animators draw cute girls. It is a clear imitation, the artists are not even good at drawing anime characters. All they did was draw a western cartoon and then drew anime-like eyes.
