What food makes the poop easy?

I'm not talking just a giant mass of fiber distress, but stuff that'll make all of my poops slide out with no problem, you know that poop which was the easiest, like 5 second poop but big and didn't leave that much for you to wipe off at all, just super easy and relatively clean. Talking about that poop, what will make each and every one of my poops be like that one?

I have those occasionally, like a couple times a month but I haven't figured out the pattern yet.

It likely has something to do with a combo of stress (too much gives me diarrhea), water (too little makes me constipated) and fiber (too little = constipation, too much = gassy)
