SS is a masterpiece, whether you like the routine or not, the book is wonderful. I like his grip cue for OHP

Basically, any barbell movement I do, I do the way he teaches in SS 3rd edition. For me, it took a lot of reading and re-reading to get done some stuff right. There's a lot of information to process. Getting the form right has helped me progress much faster. The deadlift was the most helped by finally getting the setup right.

I like those power racks he's got. They're look like a good middle ground between the way-bigger-than-they-need-to-be commercial racks and the comically narrow old York racks.
