I just finished 400g worth of chicken, with some homemade salsa, grated cheese, a couple slices of whole wheat bread and some buttermilk. 1200kcal, 160g of protons. Spread out over two meals that's like a plateful.
I eat 600g lamb over 2 meals. Lifting is the easy bit.

100g is literally two or three bites. Two sandwiches worth of sliced turkey. Even a skelly should be able to eat twice that.

Kek, when out grilling, I can destroy up to 1.5kg of steaks over a couple hours (not doing that anymore nowadays though)

I usually get really sick after going out to eat with friends if I empty my plate.
