Every day I eat:

Three eggs
2 x 200gm portions of chicken
2 x 30gm scoop protein shakes.
200gms of a sauce containing mostly white beans to mix in my vegetables
Around a litre of milk

200+ gms protein. Easy.

It's actually more like 0.8g/lb of weight or 1g/lb of LBM.

But anyway it's easier than you think.

> Protein Shake

ok bro my dinners are always chicken/steak with rice/pasta and I get around 70g protein from them.

2oz, or 200 calories, of whole grain pasta has around 7g protein in it. Half a breast, or 150 calories, has almost 30g. So for a 350 calorie dinner you'd be getting around 35g of protein. You're doing something fucking wrong and it's pissing me off. Also try eating some more for lunch you jackass.

Are you serious user? I can eat easily half rotisserie chicken with veggies and a large sweet potato. And I'm 5'5 120lbs. You are the weird one.

>how can people eat more than 4oz of meat at a time
>go to any restaurant in the fucking country, steaks are usually 8-14 oz

I seriously can not eat that much.
I feel sick if I try to force it.
