Guys how does this work.
It says put the highest weight you've done recently and then the reps.
Say however you do X amount of kg 5x5. What do I put ? X times 5? Because clearly my actual 5 max rep is higher than that or I wouldn't be able to lift it again for 4 other series.
So...?
You go to the gym and figure out your actual five rep max.
Yes you put in X times 5.
As you say your actual 5 RM is most likely higher but there is no way to calculate that.
