Started IF today, need to shed around 4 - 5% bf, I want to go from 12% BF to around 7-8% BF.

I plan on getting around 2000 cals, my TDEE is roughly 3500. Too strict?

Any quick tips other than keep to the schedule, keep enough protein intake and stay within your calorie range?
