the strength standards app puts me at advanced. i feel like i could get stronger.

Your deadlift needs work

>the strength standards app puts me at advanced. i feel like i could get stronger.

because you are a literal midget.
For your race getting out of bed every morning in the face of the great challenge that being height impaired is, is considered to be advanced.

oh i know my deadlift needs work. its my grip really. and ha ha lets call me a manlet. nobody in actual life cares about that.

>5'6.....

i feel like if my grip was stronger everything else would be a little higher too. nothin i can do about being short but anons mom didnt seem to mind it last night.

>325 Squart
>225 Dicklift
SHIEET SON WHAT THE FUCK

So I am pretty much your exact same size, some of my numbers are lower, a couple a bit higher thanks to shit shoulder/

OP if youre still there whats your BF%? I hover between 13-14% but I'm afraid to drop anymore weight cause anything sub 140lbs just seems ridiculous.

Havent maxed out in a while, but my last one rep maxes were:

Bench: 250
Incline Bench: 205
Squat:250
Deadlift: 320
@5'10" 162lbs
>inb4 start working your legs faggot

>dropping weight
Bulk lean you idiot

bench: 225x8
Squat: 5x5 working set 315

How am I doing boyos?

>lean bulking at 14%

Oh gee user I never thought of that lemme just go ahead and add 6 lbs. pure muscle without a fucking ounce of fat at all.

How long you been liftin?

I do it pleb

6'1
71kg
150 Dl
100squat
70 bench
all x1 and in kilo's. not the greatest ut I'm still making progress

Lemme see that meal plan user, cause oyu must be some sort of straight up anomaly

Also the progress on a lean bulk may look longer, but you don't lose strength during a cut.

Get smart about your lifting routine.

No meal plan dude, I eat what ever the fuck i want. I am.

But i do eat lots of yogurt, and mass gainer, the rest is what ever i want.

I've been lifting for years I just never had to do a serious cut until I started doing MMA and needed to hit 145 (and I should do 135 at some point but fuck it Im never going pro)

My strength hasn't dropped, I switched from hypertrophy to mostly 5x5 for compounds to keep the strength gains up. My main issue is my bullshit shoulder keeps me unable to do squats or BB press efficiently so I lose dem big boi gainz.

Somehow I think we have different metabolisms but youve given me enough encouragement to slightly uptake my cals, No simple carbs though.

It's hard for me to say specifically "how long I've been lifting" I played sports in high school and lifted then. hardly lifted at all 18-27, started bro-split bullshit again at 27-30 (mind you I worked out 1.5 times a week while drinking and doing drugs 5-6 times a week) 30 I hardly lifted as my alcoholism really started in. age 31-33 I've been consistent 3x a week for the past two years.

At 31 when I got sober and started training consistently, a bit into it 185 for reps (not a full working set) was a happy moment for me.

i'm 190 pounds btw

ay man my stats are almost exactly like yours, 5'7 too

>not picking jiren mode

Tbh i think your doing pretty piss poor for the entirety of your lifting career, but I can't tell if your healthy or not atm. Or how quick your progress is, or how long your platues have been.

Maybe, I'm sub 8%bf and Ive gained 1lbs since october. And have even gone down in bf.

15lbs (woops)
Fuck yeah dude
I feel bigger than half the people at my gym atm but In reality im not haha

Being this height has its perks

ATM I'm pretty healthy with the exception of snapping my shit up yesterday. getting stronger isn't a huge priority for me, it's just kinda something I do. I'm sure I could have eaten more in that time or been on a proper program, but for some dude that just goes in and pretty much does what he feels like, I'm okay with it.

1rm

really strong?
600 for 3

i think my bodyfat is like 10% its never gone over or under that.

If your not being serious, why are you asking about opinions on your progress?
Thats just going to feed into your depression bro.

as for the guy looking to get leaner, do a lean bulk dude. get stronger. if you are stronger you will feel less fat. but 14 percent is still within reasonable range.

If you're training properly, your body gobbles up calories.

Plus, gaining a bit of fat isn't a big deal. If you gain 6 lbs of muscle, 6 lbs of fat, and 3 lbs of miscellaneous lean tissue (water, glycogen, etc), you're at 15-16% instead of 13-14%. Big fuckin' deal, cut for 4-6 weeks and your back to 12-13%.

>I've been lifting for years I just never had to do a serious cut until I started doing MMA

Pick one to be good at and treat the other as a joke. You can't be maximally strong for your frame *and* be at a competitive weight for MMA.

Sounds like you're doing great. Good job not being a degenerate drunk.

there is no reason at all you shouldnt be able to bench 185 in 3 months or less. granted you dont break any bones.

>squat 325x5
>deadlift 225x5

Your squat is extremely shallow. You're not doing full squats.

oh im below parallel bb ;) just how your mum likes it.

Yall got a good guide for lean bulking?
My diet is good Im mainly concerned about adjusting macros (carbs are low rn) and how many cals to intake

macros is some new age mess. just eat mostly good and less bad. lift heavy and get good sleep.

>his diddlies suck because his hand can't fit around the bar haha fuckn midget

my hands fit in yur mum just fine.

Shut up faggot. You’re not contributing.

i love that i got people talking to each other :) and my deadlift is super low in comparison to my others because i never trained it before this year. not that anyone asked me :). its crazy because besides the mass monsters, im pretty much the top of the top at my gym. which saddens me.

Yeah a month ago. Was 220. Aiming for 12%bf@185ish

I reached a body weight OHP of 90kg which I’m bretty happy with

im so happy this is still goin.

Use straps

im going to get some soon. ive been avoiding it because i want to make my grip stronger but i want to lift higher numbers so idk.

man you are gonna have to make me convert all that to lbs. looks like itll be impressive.

Considering bodyweight, those are some great numbers

nice 1/10th squat

quarter reps, because he's 5'6" and lowbar squats in a unadjustable squat rack.

I can barely break parallel on one of those and I'm 6'1"

i hit below parallel and pause. i hit depth and stay there just like with your mum.

either you have little girl's hands or you squat 1/8th depth

good lifts considering weight, but is there a reason why you'd purposefully try not gaining weight? Just curious

we're pretty much similar senpai, gj

All of mine are 145lbs because I use a free set of weights I got on craigslist with a 25lb bar and 120lbs of plates. I have a bunch of old cast iron power tools that weigh anywhere from 60 to 210lbs that I move around to help strengthen up past that, but I can't really measure progress too easily.

I should probably buy more weights.

gotta keep this going.

I'm not depressed. I asked cause that's what this thread is about.

Nice numbers for weight

Chest has always been my weak spot mostly due grip not being wide enough on BP

and i have fucking orangutan arms that hang about 3 inches from my knee

Could be right depending on the rack.

I'm 5'6" as well and when I go high-bar atg I'm within a quarter inch of hitting the rack.

how is your ohp so much stronger compared to the other lifts
